How many magnets for a cdrom motor?

Hello! I have found a stator of 25 mm and a bell of 28 mm and 10mm height. 12 5x5x1 magnets leave some space from each other, do you think is better to fill this space? may I add more than 12 magnets? how many? I have only 12 10x1x2 mm magnets, are they better than 12 5x5x1 magnets (they leave more empty space on the bell ring than the small one )? With a 0.375 mm wire , how many windings in delta and 2s lipo for turn smaller props you suggest for starting? Thanx in advance

For a 9 pole stator use 12 magnets. Magnet circumference coverage should be between 65% and 80%.
