I need everyone-who-knows's opinion...

I've used this CoG Calculator and it gave me a CG at 10/15 cm from LE(in Shark case, LE is front of H surface). That mean about 5 to 10 cm BEFORE wing fins...It seem to be realty far forward for my eyes...

Here is an example, the SciFi Jet by Will, at Mikey's RC, The CG is one inch forward of the wing LE !!!
Sci-Fi EDF Jet By MikeysRC Powered by HobbyPartz.com (8 min 23 sec)

And it is true, I built one and drew some nice plans for it from Will's sketches.
Here is my video:
It was bad but got even worse when I published it,
Sci Fi Jet (3 min 32 sec)

Ask Will for the plans.

What about following Bob's practice of an all foam, no hardware glider to experiment with? It could be scaled down for easier testing too.

I did that with the SciFi Jet, and it made me a believer...

Thanks Pilouc.

Ok, it must have been written that she would not fly this Week end...

It was not rainy today so I putted all my stuff in the car and went to the field..Shark, trolley, Radio, Battery, Camcorder, Cell Phone...Everything I said .

A friend of mine has agree to maiden her (He is a long range RC Pilot and I'm not...)

First he told me something I allready know: My combo Prop+motor+ESC is to small for the plane. Arf, Ya, I didn't say, She is 240g AUW (that's how you says when it is full weight with all gear and batt in?)

Anyway, we decided to do few hand launches when a strange noise stopped us...
One of the three battery cells (middle one) turn in short circuit (I think...). It started to inflate and gave strange boiling noises...I just had time to throw it away before it became really hot and damage depron.

Now, I must wait my HK order to have my new combo...
