I am not going to complain about time, I am happy you are sharing this in the first place One time I was teaching this guy on how to fly in my spare time, I was 15 minutes late, and he starts complaining that I was late. Needless to say, I hope he learned his lesson I have band practice tonight till 8, will check back later. Thanks,Bud

Ok the original files are back in the original place
I found no problem with the plan whatsoever

The only thing i can think of is that maby theye
had cut through the sidewinder on one side
and in advertainly cut the other one off

Thats my best guess

But i did one thing after showing the files to a friend of mine
I increased the span to a full 24" and slightly increased the tip cord

The newly revised plan is here
the original plan is back on post 7

sorry for the wait

Better safe than sorry

One more thing that isnt in any of the pictures, that slipped my mind untill now

there is a 3 1/6" dowell 8 inches on the cg
I felt that the wing just needed a little stiffening

It doesnt need burrying into the wing or anything
Just remove a little covering were it is to go and hot glue it
directly to the bottom of the wing

I put mine in after it was built and the day of the maiden

Ok so I'm printing them out again. I got to side view cut out and taped still had a few lines that didn't meet. Started cutting and pasting the top view and it it was not jiving around the front area of the wings. Then read the posts and got caught up. I'll try it again. I don't have as much time to play now, they decieded to put us on 10 hour days and I have to get up at 4AM...YUK!

I would like to offer to people interested in this plane, that can't seem to print it out or find FFF, for me to mail it to you all cut out , with a piece of carbon for the wing and the stab. and a piece of 3/8" wood for motor mount, mailed to your door for 15.00 . I am not looking to make money on this, its just the lines at the PO take almost an hour to get through and my time is precious. If I am stepping on anybodies toes, let me know ands I will withdraw my offer. Just trying to help people out that can't make all the ends meet. If I am wrong in offering this, please let me know. PM all responses
Thanks
Andy

Thanks, I tried to be nice on one of tim's threads and got dogged for days about it. Some VERY hateful people, just for the fact of trying to help out others that can't make all the ends meet on building these FFF planes. Some people are just like that though. I'm just kindof sad, had 6 of your old ones cut out, now to trash them and cut the new ones. You though my Sir, are a Gentleman and a Scholar. I guess offer is open tpo all in need. Not sure what shipping will be, but its on me!!!
Thanks
Andy

Hey EWO just printed and taped the plans together. I think you going to make me have to make another trip out to the shed for another piece of foam, don't look like it will all fit on one piece. Shame on you, don't you know how deep the snow drifts are back there?? Almost melted, oops, can't use that excuse. Anyway plans worked perfect this time!! I might even be able to get the top view cut out on the foam tonite. Ok you fixed the plans just great, now can you convice the people at work we don't need to be on 10 hour shifts??? LOL

Just wanted to Thank You again for the plans! I for one really appriciate it!!

Ok back to slicing and dicing.

Yo andy dont trash them
whats the span?
The original design in the video is 22 inches

if you cut off the sidewinders on the tips it would be right at 21 1/2

w/s 21.5 length 27" Just sitting here thinking, might ought to offer it in depron, full length carbon spar w/a J250 thrown in. Another thing I haven't seen where is the CG? Will post pics later tonite of a depron model. Will cost a tad more but should scream for under 30.00, that is the newer bigger one. Quite changing the plans
