CG Tool for small and large models to 55lbs!

Very accurate tool and easy to use even on models weighing 55lbs and up.
Just place the tool on your CG points and let the plate do the rest, your model
will rotate until you reach the sweet spot.
Accurate to the mm and gram and very safe even for heavy models.

My thumbs were very sore holding the 303 in place so I made this gizmo first all in wood. This is the third generation iteration [lexan].
Works great!

It is the same principle of the device I published on the Gulls monthly. You saw the first generation. You no longer have to use masking tape to attach it to the wing. This makes it easier to use!!

Tom,
Please send me your phone number or email and I will do that
This is not a traditional CG stand, but works very well for all
models specialy when working with 40% scale and up and of
massive girth.
Thank you,
Alvaro

I second the request for a video showing this thing in action. I can't understand how this works from the pics.

Pat,

Very accurate because of the reversed pendulum geometry, this version is third generation, will work on a fly if you have one out of balance!

Thank you for your purchase!

I made a video from the clips Alvaro sent me. I like it; it is simple and effective. I think I want one too.

Alvaro,
What is the overall length of this? Is it short enough to use on smaller models, say with wing chords in the 8"-10" range?

Asher,

It works on models with smaller cords because of your ability to turn the tool 90 degrees. On heavy models I use it with the long side of the CG plate across the cord as shown on the video [paritech DG303 at 50lbs], also very safe, will not leave a mark on your wing!
The length of the plate is 4.75".
This gizmo will also save your thumbs)))

Thank you for your order!!
