But on their website these is no listing for Syma X5.

I'm very tempted to buy this quadcopter but lack of reviews is stopping me from buying...

And camera on X5C seem to be of very low quality. Probably better to buy X5 + Mobius.
The X5 is without the camera .... I think you can find it even cheaper ...

Hi. Today i just discovered a fix to this backward problem which is due to unbalance level of head and tail level position that i suspected. In the user manual page 3 try the" Level calibration function".

But make sure your TX and quad already bind first then try to pull down that 2 sticks ( left and right stick) at the same time to lower right corner. After this wait for few second and you may hear a beep sound or LED response on the TX. This is to auto-calibrate all position to balance level.

For my case, after I done that auto-calibration I have monitor the head and tail level position many times it is now balance and I can stop the quad easily during in fast forward or backward fly now. That fast fly forward or backward momentum can be counter now just after i done that setup.

Hope you may also solve that problem with this method.

Please let me know your result after try it out.

Thanks. Have a nice day. :-)

I'm definitely curious to find out if the X5 can lift a Mobius, but I'm not overly confident it will be able to. It looks like it might be carrying quite a bit of weight already, because of the bulky body of the quad.

may be worth buying the frame and using other FC's instead of syma

Ok thanks, Lots of places list it as brushless. I wonder why specs are so different from seller to seller.

How new is this quad, since there is not so much info on it?
How can it use such a small 1S li-po?

New enough for there not to be any info on it.
It's only just released.
