better landing gear for ECO 16

Can or does anyone make a more substantial landing gear for the ECO 8 - 16? my stock parts broke very easily and I'd rather not replace them with stock parts.

Hi Tom,

Lack of response kinda answers your quesiton. I would like to know the answer to this one myself. Although mine haven't broken (they surprisingly survived quite a major crash), they're very soft and cause huge oscillations on spool up and down. Can't wait to get rid of them.

After I replaced mine for $18, I started to CA carbon fiber strands called "tow" to the bottom. I have been using the same set for quite a while now. I reinforces and stiffens them a lot.

I'm surprised noone's answered.

The 'wide' Eco gear, available as an upgrade, are in practice much tougher than the stock gear.

Then if you don't mind doing some adapting, I've been using gear from the JR Voyager Electric on my Eco 8's for some time and they are VERY much tougher than the stock ones.

Guys, thanks for replying.
I mean, it didnt take much for them to break (it was very cold though)
It just looks like an area that someone would have made a carbon fiber replacement.
Thanks again,
Tom R
