I'm confused.... Is it a kite or an plane? I think I'll stick to planes considering every kite I've ever flown always craters nose in at 200mph!

Anyway, sounds high tech, more details please.

Thank you for presenting! Quite an interesting plane.

If Kinnic guessed correctly... it appears the plane is a delta glider. With quite an advanced control system.

When I was learning to fly model planes, I used a very simple delta glider -- Robbe Skyflex. Fuselage hangs below a kite-like wing. They cannot manage well in strong wind... but in all other conditions, fly quite nicely.

The website also mentions two more conventional, bigger planes -- offered for either automated or remote-controlled aerial observation (cannot be sure, the translation leaves a bit of uncertainty).

Unfortunately I cannot read Chinese, but BabelFish (babelfish.altavista.com) , despite translating in very strange fashion... does help understand the basic meaning.
