Current design will fit 5" props, 6" would be too big, not enough clearance.

Looks great . The minis are really taking over the world. Got to love the little ones.

When will those motors be released by the way?

Motor will be released around the same time as the mini-quad (within 2-4 weeks)

Any particular reason why the second layer that outlines the frame and arms, not continue out to and around the motor mount area? Not that I think anything's wrong with it, just curious from a design/function/purpose standpoint.
Some of it is design reasons, and also the motor mounting screws would actually get in the way if that edge continued all the way around.

Thank you all for the positive response to the QAV250. We're trying to publish some video in the next 48 hours to show some of the on-board video and flight performance. With our build components and running on 3s, this puppy is FAST!

Nice. When do you think those motors will go on sale? Just checked and did not see them. I'm sure the qav250 is going to be a hit. I have been los and fpv flying a Mini H (245mm I think) for a little while and it's so much fun. At such a lite weight the kinetic energy delivered in a crash is small and parts don't break except for the occasional sacrificial plastic screw and / or prop.
