Which way do I mount fpv tx/rx??

Hey, guys I just have a quick question so I'm fairly new to fpv and I'm using circular polarized spironet antenna's, and was wondering if there was a certain position or direction my tx/rx are supposed to be facing???

Mount them vertical for best transmission and reception. Think of the signal as a large flat donut radiating out.

And upside down will work just as well as vertical.
