Great Planes J-3 Cub 60. size
I would like to here some opinions about (or) personal experance with the Great Planes J-3 Piper Cub .60 size and engine choice's. It's got to be a 4-stroke!
I plan on building the full wing version (90" wing) and put floats on it.
I have narrowed it down to Saito FA 100 or OS FS91 II Surpass.
Moreover, I have stayed away from putting a twin on it due to the fact of cost to power ratio, I can't see spending 200 dollars more just for looks and not getting more power out of it.
What do you think......
J3 engine choice
I know this is an old post........but I have an OS .91 four-stroke swinging a 16x6 wooden prop and it flys fantastic!
