Need a LOT more pictures of the plane, its construction techniques/concepts, its cargo space, etc etc.

The same flat-bottomed-airfoil, without washout FX-61 Phantom with new middle section, or something new?

it is the upgrade of FX-61,with larger wingspan , larger space under the canopy to hold more ,rational design for the inside structure makes it more prefect. it is a good guy for FPV and UAV. Easily detachable wings.

HK don't even stock it anywhere yet and the manufacturers don't know if they will

Sooner or later they will, unless they have too much X-8 in stock....

Maybe, maybe not

I suspect there's more of a trend back towards smaller wings, the big planes are impressive but don't really serve much better than a smaller one and they're far more hassle

I sometimes regreat buying my Super Skysurfer, it's a lovely 2.5m plane, all set up for FPV and flown that way but not often enough, it's not exactly a "chuck it in the car and go" size and the extra hassle means it gets left behind far too often

Now a Maxi Swift, that's the kind of size that's ideal

This wing does look great and it appears they have sorted lots of stuff for FPV

Considering the carrying,FX-79 get a ideal of the big wings. the wings are detachable easily.
