Just look back a page or two for the link. Read this thread, it will help you.

Read the manual, it will also help you.

And about being polite, I was told it was polite to answer if you got a question, and not just ignore people. I was also told that you treat all people the same. RemE answered everybody else besides me today, and ignored me for no good reason, so yes, obligated to answer or not I felt that was kind of rude. You harvest what you sow, ergo you get the reply you deserve.

But that being said, I do not wish to take part in a forum where people do not answer when given a question, answer when they feel like, if they feel like, and on top of that treat people diffrently for no good reason. So, Adieu
Hmmm, I did read your post before, was going to answer but from what I read, you were answered so I didn't want to over do things, everyone contributes and answer for others as time or specific knowledge permits.

I answered you when you asked again. I don't treat anyone different, I try to take into account language differences that "sometimes" come off rude, which I thought might be the case here. Perhaps not?

My advice would be to get lots of rest, eat well, and hopefully grow some thicker skin. And if you do get a Vision, I think you'll like it.

Edited to be polite.

Honestly I would refer to this rather than that video as it is full of errors. 100 Million watts vs 1/10th of one watt is a big difference.

In fact, the video was requested by nadebudnez , not from you :-)
About megawatts and milliwatts, obviously it is a mistake, as widely reported in the comments to the video.

On a side note...is there any similarity with this and the second pot adjustment on the original phantom transmitter?

So I have been looking and looking...

Have any of you Vision owners put those 9" props on your original Phantom? I have to think they would benefit the original phantom...I have a gimbal on mine and can not wait for them to be available to try out.

Beginner here.

I'm curious.. Is the antenna on controller for the Phantom 2 removable? If so, has anyone tried using a 2.4GHZ signal booster like the LUXUL 1000mw amp (below) to increase the WIFI feed?

The Vision controller is 5.8Ghz so no.

The WiFi Extender is a special WiFi Hotspot network device to extend the range between the Vision's WiFi Camera and the Smart Phone normally wimpy WiFi. This is a very unique animal.

The vision is using a 5.8GHz TX/RX.
Please stay withing the limits of the law.
This isn't like an ARDrone where TX/RX and video are all on the same frequency. You would have to amplify both frequencies and frankly, the vision isn't the craft I would be doing that to. Just enjoy it as it ships.

B&H is showing a $159 price tag for the battery. Here's the link and the battery is on the right side.

Understood. Assuming distance issues could be resolved by amplification of both control and video rx/tx frequencies (where permitted by law) wouldn't pushing the limits of science be fun?
