For builders using the MOB Parts PDF supplied earlier, who what to do the Witch,

And Using Otto's post #25, above, I have developed a drawing of the Witch Head parts
as I see them. The PDF is below.

These parts have NOT been tried in a build I simply "developed them" in CAD.
You can see my process in the PDF.

It show Otto's measurements and my progression towards the final parts.
I used the Photo in Post #25 to approximate the Witch face from the MOD face.
The Hat brim is a simple ellipse, you may with to embellish that shape yourself.

Use them as you choose in you custom builds.

Best

I really do have difficulty matching equivalent motors, especially the eflite 'power 10' nomenclature....I wish the manufacturers would standardise.

Will either of these two be a good alternative:
http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/s...ner_Motor.html
http://www.hobbyking.com/hobbyking/s...ner_Motor.html

or any other cheap suggestions.....I don't really want to pay out for an expensive eflite motor.

I looked at HK. These should work with the 10x7x3 three blade prop:

Things have slowed here a bit! I got the depron order last Friday and I have most of the foam pieces cut.
I still have to make some cut files for the plywood parts.
The carbon fiber, motor, and servos are on their way from HobbyKing and should be here next week. I hope to have the witch done by our pumpkin fun fly later this month.
I noticed all reference to the MOB is gone... I guess there was a take down order?
I have to decide which witch face to use. Hillary Clinton or maybe Pelosey.. Too many choices..

I'm still loving this design. Great Job Otto...
Pictures of foam parts soon.

I bought 10 half sheets of black depron and 10 white. I made 90% of the parts from black so I would not have to paint as much. Are you guys using a water base acrylic paint like WalMart sells in their craft dept. Or what else would be good to use..

I've used the flat black Rustoleom 2X spray from Home Depot for $4 a can. It will attack the foam if you spray really heavy. The other one that I really like is Michaels Master Craft spray. Download the 40% off coupon before you go and it will be around $5.
