Hi,

For laminating DTF can minwax polyurethane be used?

On maiden it seemed to be too light. Could not get much height on launch.

I have never tried minwax.

Rebuilt 1.5m AUW 140g.

I did try the black color before but didn't like how the paper stayed on. This one does seem to adhere better and the white side paper came off easy.

I can't relate that info to the picture
It appears to be solid balsa that's been shaped with a foam le.
Some of the fun following this thread is trying to figure out what you are actually doing :-)

my second orange DLG. The foam board is only 28" long so it is a little shorter than 1.5m. AUW 152g.

Excellent plane & flight! Love the orange & white.

It needs a black racing stripe on the bottom of the wing for orientation!
