Hobby Kings Slow Stick looks good but the important plastic parts are of poor quality.

On my website I have pictures of some modifications and reinforcements.

Fortunately, most of the aftermarket parts for the GWS Slow Stick will work with the HobbyKing Slow Stick. Check out the Millennium RC plastic parts. If you just need a few bits of the plastic, the new *Crash* Kits offer the plastic fuse parts at a really great price.

Any idea where I can find the programming info for the esc? Or even what specific esc it is. Mine is not working correctly and I think it just needs programming?

BTW, mine arrive with a broken motor mount and missing some hardware. Good thing I have milleniumrc stuff to put on her

I ended up going to the milinium site and buying the whole fuse kit, to replace the Hobby king setup. Expensive way around!!!

Have now build and flown my HK SS and they must have changed the plastic in the white parts as they are now very durable. It flies MUCH better than the GWS SS and is actually very fun and relaxing to fly, a new favorite for those calm summer evenings.

About 650 grams.
The prop included is a 10x4,5.
I use 3S & 1300mah with included motor and prop for ARF and can do aerobatic , very, very fun to fly this HK SS.

Some questions before maiden about the Hobbxking Slow Stick:

1. How can i get the lead out of the nose? Mine is a little bit nose heavy with my 1600 2s.
2. How can i secure the gear? Mine is always getting off.
3. Which is the recommended CoG?
4. Where can i get the rubber bands to hold the wings on?
