Iron on covering for slow flight

I'm not experienced with stick and tissue type of covering at all.
Does anyone have a suggestion on what is a light weight iron on covering that would work well for a slow flyer.
I also would prefer something that is not transparent.
Is there any type of covering that can come out as light as tissue and dope?
Thanks!

There was a big discussion about this a few weeks ago, try searching the archives, it was very interesting to read. What I took away from the thread was to try SolarFilm Lite (SoLite) on my next slowflyer. It is the lightest iron on that has it's own adhesive. It weighs .6 oz / sq yard.

Try Nelson Litefilm, basically the same as Solite. .6 oz per sq. yd.

its not on their website, but they have it, you just have to ask.
