I look forward to our weekly flying sessions. It's never a dull moment that's for sure.

I would submit the order be as follows: AIR (big air always), Land (landings are usually interesting) and of course there's the SEA ask Rear-End Rubio (RER pronounced REaR).

But there are only a scattered few who are in the official Air, Land & Sea club and to date I'm not one of them (no Sea). I know Ian is a ranking member and the newest member is RER, who else? I think to qualify you only need to have "landed" a plane in the water (swimming out to retrieve the plane just gets you extra bonus points but is not a requirement for the coveted "Sea" merit badge, imho).

Who did see with my own eye RER naked yesterday!

Is the plane salvagable? Or was Rub's swim in vain?

Tom
who will now never go camping with a couple of you, and only wants to see pictures of the plane.

It's probably a no go for camping with any of us. We just can't seem to behave.

FYI - there's webcam located out by the lighthouse at Fermin. You can't see the flying site (which is around the point to the right) but you can see the water and basic weather conditons. The link is below

The plane was actually ok, missing canopy, electronics are done, the only issue will be the aileron torque rods.

That plane survived twice that day!!!

The big rear-ender, then the splash!

I'm putting pipe insulation on my trailing edges!
