Jacob,

The Maxx products are awesome AND Adventure Hobbies stocks them. I picked up some more Tuesday from them..

If you want some color check out the Northeast Sailplanes wheels. They're now available in chrome. Here they are on my slightly modified Mountain Models Dandy. You can see the Maxx wheels on the Tiger Moth in the background.

Here is the NES link: http://www.nesail.com/detail.php?productID=2559

Have you flown the Candy yet, Joe? Looks close to RTF in that pic. Great chrome wheels too, I may have to pick up some dubs for the Yak (Or new Extra )

Dan,

Yeah, I've flown the Candy 2 or 3 times. It had some problems related to wing warpage but I've straightened the wing now. It also has a ton of downthrust for some reason that I'll work on removing at a later date. I'll be bringing it Sunday. I may get another wing and cover it to better match the fuse. I'm using the original red white and blue wing for it. It looks okay but could be better.

Anyone planning on going to the CB on Monday (Pres. Day)? Day off and figured my dad and I could get some more flying in.

Nah, Got to work. But I was thinking about taking the slowstick for some early morning sorties.

Joe, can you post the name of that software?

Finally got that picture I was looking for at the bowl.

Then came home and took this one. The black mark on my wing was a spec. I'd like to try the binocular thing.

I still dont think I've been as high as Bryan though.

I don't know Kenny. That looks like the Alps off in the distance.

The software I was talking about is Vueprint.

You had that SS WAY up there. I was there when you took the first one but didn't realize it was that high. Nice shots!

Another nice shot! Does anyone have some info on the set up for your cameras? I'd like to try and do one.

Sorry to miss you guys today. Went to San Diego to see a buddy. But went to the MWE for fun. Pretty cool. Not as big as I thought it would be but it was not bad. About 150 electric planes. Some great exhibition flying by Jason Shulman/3d and Jason ? / insane helicoptor.

Jim, you lucky dog. I wanted to go to that pretty bad. I was a little worried it would be too small, like you said though. Glad to hear you had fun.

By the way, were you thinking of Jason Kraus? He's a semi-local heli pilot

shzaz28, most everyone is using the Aiptek pencam or Megacam.
Do a search here for Aiptek and you'll be able to find all the information you'll ever need. It adds a whole new element to the hobby. There a several ways to make a switch for taking the pictures, I was lucky that Mike was nice enough to hook me up. Every once in a while I'll see one here in the for sale forum.
Heres a link of some setups.

Jim, San diego sounds nice, I've got to get out there one of these days.

Nice shot RichieRich..

Thanks Joe! I've downloaded the software and it works very very well.

Yes, it was Jason Kraus. Glad to hear he's a semi-local pilot. His heli demo was off the scale of reason and sanity. I mean it was unbelievable. I hope someone posts a video of it... Jason Shulman's 3d demo was also unbelievable. Incredible control, smooth maneuvers.
