New Product

Axe Frame

AEX Quadcopter

The AEX Quadcopter designed with a lot of thought, the frame is made by strong plywood which able to absorb vibration and you can buy it painted or ready for paint. The center of gravity (C.G) of the frame is located exactly on the center of the frame, where the flight controller and RX will be located. Each motor mount is located at the same distance from the C.G to increase stability and to reduce motors effort specifically on hover flight; this design makes the AXE frame ideal for any type of flight.

Specs:

Width: 310mm (motor shaft center to motor shaft center)
Motor Mounting Hole Size: M3 pitch 19mm
Weight: 180g for ready to paint frame to approximately 200g painted frame (frame only without any paint 151g)

Recommended setups:

Keda motor(KDA) : A20-50S/ A20-26M
Tmotor : MT2206/MT2208
NTM: 2826A
ESC: 12AMP/20AMP FOR NTM motor (flashed with SimonK)
Battery: 3S 1800mah-2200mah 35C
Prop size: 8x4.5 Max

I like! Very nice work! And very nice finishing!

I love it when people put a lot of effort into their work, problem now is, I've got a decent competitor

Nice frame! I can't decide wether I'd like it better "openX" front, or closedX front. It's too bad my frame budget went to an Ecks frame this month (thanks Cam) because it looks like a fun frame to build and fly Acro with.

That's exactly how I would fly it for the same reason you stated! Star wars was the first thing that came to mind
