SOme tutorial for aircraft-world 's cd-rom motor?

Hello! I bought one of the aircraft-world's cd-rom motor and magnets for convert it to brushless. Since i'd like to do it and the instruction in that site is still in progrss, someone with the same stuff have a tutorial or step by step guide or information for start? Thanx in advance!!
