I don't really have anything to say. It is cold and snowing in Maryland so my Unicorn is in the basement. Another wing being built. I just wanted to be at the beginning of this thread.

No, it isn't a Unicorn. My second Unicorn bit the dust during shipment. The insurance company gave me some money for it but I already had 5 wings (2 in the box) so I'm just going to stick with my 42" Unicorn. If I get one more wing I will have to get another radio. I don't want to do it now even though I know it will happen sooner or later.

I have a motor question, since the price increase for Megas what is the best choice for brushless now? I have two Mega Motors and I just wanted to know if they are still the best choice given the new prices. If something else is better please include a distributor's website.

There's a Brushless / Unicorn thread beginning - I'm hoping to find answers there:

Bought at a price.
I just picked up a Mega from Dynamo. Paid $74. Not too bad.

Winglets2

The winglets are stored on top when not flying. They are held in this position with magnets that also serve as the aproximate CG location to check the balance just before flight.
