First HAL HEXA flight .... flight time good?

I just had my second HAL HEXA flight,
it weighs in at about 2.6kg (around 6lbs) (+second lipo).

This is without my gimbal at 2.7kg and just one lipo: Just a hover test. Had to let GPS hold position so I could film with my phone.
Turnigy H.A.L. Hexa ... First flight (0 min 36 sec)

My configuration:
APM2.5
FrSky Telemetry set
200mW 5.8G video
Robbe Roxxy 2827-34 760kv 110W motors (56g)
11"x4.5 prop

Camera gimbal + 420tvl
Foxtech AIO goggles

1x BeastDNA 4000mAh 40C 4S
2x 3300mAh 35C 4S

The 2x set gave me 8:35min of continuous flight time and alarm set to 3.5V

The brand new BeastDNA lipo gave out at 5:20min at lipo alert 3.5V. At home the voltage checked at 3.8V still.

So, is this flight time good or should I move to a F550 for lighter frame and way more flight time?

I like the HAL, but it is so heavy.

That's actually a pretty damn fine time for a 6lb craft with 6.6 Ah on board. Tweak the props and there might be even more at the bottom of the barrel. Also there is a HAL hex owners thread here on RCG, too. Much info there.
