My first DIY mod


Since I have to fly off carpet and the rear boom support keeps catching...I made a carpet skid. Thumbtack CA'd and heatshrink

I know, dumb...but it works great!

Here's a 1/4" wooden ball, purchased from a craft store, drilled to fit the tail rod. It too stopped the carpet catching.
