Anderson's Blue Book. Look on line for a vendor. It's not free, but it can pay for itself in knowledge.

"Chinewalker" on this site is well versed in old boat motors, especially outboards. I know the Sea Fury twin is worth a few coin in good shape. Had one 50+ years ago.

420TEE, I had both Sea Fury outboards when I was a teenager, and I recall that they were a bear to start.

How many years ago was that?

kap, I still have my single. Hasn't been run in a loooong time. When I got the twin there wasn't a boat big enough for it. It was early spring and I put it on a boat I used for the single. I rowed out from our beach on the Hudson and there were chunks of ice coming down river. Started it, put it in the water, it sat and cavitated for a few seconds then the prop caught and the boat went straight up and dropped in the icy water stern first. Broke the crank and rods. I don't think it ever ran again.
