It is your Chinglish (as I call it) that is amusing... A more English name than Monica Smith is probably hard to find (certainly the surname Smith) but your usage of the English language and your grammar shows that you are no native English speaker.

Imperfect English is fine, Doby-- and it is often seen here! But imperfect representation of WHO one is... that deserves a poke.

It is pretty normal for Chinese support reps to adopt English names... I don't consider it disingenuous.

What upsets me is the lack of quality scale models in the lineup
