hi,
i purchase tarot 1000mw video transmitter when i test it on my Mini Talon, i got very bad range. for comparison, my cheap 600mw vtx could go as 15km with clear image when this tarot vtx is already getting bad from 1km, and on 3km i already lost the video. i dont have power meter so i sent my vtx to my friend to test it. and here's the result. i only got 14-25mw power. change the frequency and channel didnt help. i sent them to all the email i could found, but no reply at all. anyone can help?? |

Maybe try contact paypal anyway? or your card company to fill a complain? Last issue i had i called paypal support and got great help

I have had nothing but good service from Tarot-RC over a number of years now. My orders have always been fulfilled correctly and delivered surprisingly quickly (mostly 10 -14 days to here in the UK). I have no complaints about their service, whatsoever.
Not really fair to resurrect a thread that is five years old.... a lot can happen in five years. |

Quite right Craig - their prices are excellent and they seem to be able to lay their hands on even the most obscurest of parts. I have never had an occasion where they have not been able to supply a part that they have listed - both Tarot and non-Tarot items. I have bought HW ESC's from them and KST servos, at prices better than anywhere else. Shipping rates to here in the UK are very cheap although I believe that there is some kind of trade agreement that facilitates that.
