Motor: Grayson Hobby Microjet V3
Prop: 6x4 APC
ESC: 30A Exceed RC
Battery: 1550 mAh 3S 11.1v GensAce Lipo
Servos: Turnigy 9-gram

Hello
I like the Funjet Clone a lot. It might be a bit fast for me but think I'll build one as can't get any simpler then this. Would there be a way to make the Funjet slower flying?
I have your 40" wing from a few months back but have not flown as winter has put a halt to my flying but soon I hope. I'm surprised more people have not logged on to this Thread. Keep them coming.

Thanks guys! This is a very simple build with high reward. The KFm4 is great with these wings.

This plane would be very easy to scale up to 40 inches, I would just scale it all up by 1.33. This would make the wing area ~440 square inches - which would be more than enough for slower flight.

I have no idea how this flies in relation to the real Funjet (though I am assuming worse) - but this plane still has lots of amazing characteristics and is worth a shot from my point of view!

definitely worth a shot unless you have $90 for the funjet frame..just to try it out!?

That was my exact motivation behind this build! I have always wanted a Funjet, but a student's budget doesn't have much room for a $95 airframe. This will have to do for now!

Well it looks good, and thanks for your work! I'm gonna be running a 2200KV w/ a 6x4 prop 30A ESC and a 3s 2200 25C. that will get it fast enough for now but I'll probably end up going 4s? we'll see how fast $Tree can go!
