Blejzyk Tom

My good friend Rob at Flying-Dog asked me if I would build one of these to display at this years EIM. A little more work than the usual mouldies I'm used to, but shouldn't present a problem to anyone with a modicum of building skills. The wings are nicely finished and the fuselage is exquisitely moulded and everything fitted together very well.

Because I planned to fit a reasonably high power set-up, I did elect to remake some of the components supplied. Namely the tailplane, which I thought a little flimsy.

As soon as I've got the time to finish it, I'll include a flight report and video.

Video is now here:
Blejzyk Tom (3 min 45 sec)

Oops, one more question... Did you apply any thrust angle to the firewall/nose ring?

3s, 4s? What battery capacity?

Are you using the flaps for landing?

Thank you in advance for your reply.

No, just made gap between the end of the fuz and the motor ring constant. Don't know if Artur has included any side or down angle into the nose cut, or whether I just got lucky, but seems to fly pretty straight.

I'm using an old 4s 2500 FlightPower Evo light. Would probably go a bit better with a nice new Gens Ace pack

No flaps for landing.
