There is no way "the spark is good" because its obliterating the plugs every time. Thats a poor reason, "the caps are working". I agree there has to be a better way.
The plug becomes a potential failure point simply because the contact surfaces become less and less efficient. Pitting and carbon build up will cause arching and over heating. This will affect the ESC and I have seen them ruined due to poor plugs.
For these high power set ups over 6S there should be built in suppression for sure.
