Has anyone gone up to r152?

Seeing all these videos makes me excited to finally get mine together soon. I've been putting together a TBS discovery replica and I'm still up in the air (ha) about how to mount this to the front. If anyone has a suggestion, I'd love to hear it. Most of the gimbals I see on here are low hanging, but I would like to mount this to the front of my quad.

TILT probrem

Hi, I use v049_r77 FW on Martinez board. It's very stable than v048, and I can tilt properly.

I use this gimbal :
http://www.ebay.com/itm/111067404731...84.m1497.l2649

And the param. are as below.

Roll PWM:70-80 P:34 I:77 D:42
Pitch PWM:65 P:8.5 I:15 D:22

When I tested BruGi on the "table"(of course the rotors are stopped), it worked fine, almost perfectly. But when it flies, and I tilted BruGi@60deg., the mount leans to the right. And then the tilt is off, the mount leans to the right, move slowly to face horizon.

Anyone helps me?

No, r155 is current if you hit the svn repository. http://code.google.com/p/brushless-gimbal/source/list
r155:
RCmin and RCmax are not constrained any more, they can be set independent from
each other.
* in Absolute Mode: RC direction can be changed by sign change of RCmin/RCmax
* in Relative Mode: RC direction can be changed by choosing RCgain negative.
RCmin/RCmax act as angle limits

Perfect timing! How to mount to a discovery is what I've been looking for. Nice looking gimbal, but how are you running the sensor cables? If you're doing a promo video, it may be worthwhile to demonstrate the balance with a GoPro onboard. I think it looks great, and I may be a customer!

I use an SVN client so it's much easier to remember. Just right click the BruGi folder and click "SVN Update"... done.

Thanks guys for the help getting my bootloader reflashed. It was saying:

avrdude: warning: cannot set sck period. please check for usbasp firmware update.

but then I was able to upload the firmware somehow. Glad to have my gimbal back.

Does anyone know what simultaneously flashing red and blue lights mean on martinez v3.0?
I'm able to connect it to the GUI and get gyro readings on the chart, but when I power it up i just get flashing red and blue lights.

Thanks

It's the 2.8-12mm varifocal off RageCams.

Not my brightest ideea and actually a rebranded piece of pretty low quality chinese crap. but the end result is a straight horizon line.
