The fan I'm going to use is MF480 with mega 4t., ph25 ,TP2100 5s 1p ,S-Bec. I test in the watt meter with good result Static with the stoc inerlip. 17.6 amp 274 w 15.5V. 1.2 amp below Moto calc prediction 29 watt below and .7 V below. For a 17.5 +/- Jet model it is rasonable good performas ? 30 wing span 180 sq in

From the Kontronic spreadsheet I'd say you'll see an efflux of 90+ mph and static thrust of +20 ounces.

Take some video - I'd like to see it in action. Especially its vertical performance!

Outside it's, well .... er ... (x1.8+32) 0 degrees farenheit including windchill. And mostly grey/brown.

the more I thought about this, the more I'm thinking you're going to need a bungee. the weight will be several ounces higher and with the light wattage fan and 3 cells it needs a good hard throw allready.
