Well, Brad worked on the tan covering some more tonight. Gave up!
Ripped it all off. The cream is beautiful. The tan will melt before it
shrinks. He had it on good, fairly tight, when he heated it, it bagged
and stuck to itself.

That just doesn't seem right. Maybe you bought the "preshrunk" stuff by mistake At least the whole airframe (covering job) wasn't complete and then you find problems with the covering.

We changed colors and not a bit of problems. But we don't
have enough to do it. The rest will be here Tuesday.
This project has been one delay after another.

That was for both sides! It is the second most expensive
material they have, the engine turned is about twice as
much. It is 22kt gold.

Still need to go over all the edges and a few little wrinkles have
shown up. Good cleaning, finger prints may be a problem from
now on.....
