Are you talking about Rachel or Leora? Rachel comes with a normal MultiWii Board (MWC shield, Pro Micro and 9DOF IMU).
Leora instead comes with a Naze32 from Timecop. It's preflashed with the latest baseflight (32bit firmware, based on MultiWii) and only needs some adjusting. In both cases you should have basic MultiWii skills or the will to learn a little about PID tuning. |

The frame can be fly in both X or + configuration really depends on you and your controller choice |

Though I already sold several frames to the States and Canada, I sold most of my frames here in Germany and countries around. I'm afraid that most user feedback can only be found in German speaking forums.
The frame is designed to fly as X but it's possible to fly it as plus, too. In this case one would disregard the slots for the belt in the lower centre plate and simply thread the belt between both centre plates. What I can tell you so far is that after more than a year and more than 100 sold frames, there were only two customers ordering a spare arm. But maybe the others just fly better, who knows? But I also want to point to the flat silhouette. During normal flights you won't notice it at all but when you're a beginner and want to learn hovering on eye level, you might have problems with position control. |

You can find the spade design of the motor holders on almost any of my frames. The main reason is just to have a crash guard in case you touch an obstacle or hit the ground with an arm. Over time it became a trademark of rOsewhite. The cutout is only to save weight and to not block too much of the airflow.

A one-pice-frame can flex over the whole span. The centre plates and arms are a sandwich to reduce flexibility. Compare cardboard (=multiple layers) to paper (=single layer), then you know what I mean.
On the other hand a frame made of multiple parts can be instable if the designer doesn't know much about static constructions. |

There is no reseller in us and there is no need, unless you want to pay twice the price. |
