Sorry and excuse my ignorance. I thought maybe it was a channel that didn't work or it wouldn't bind.

They check every one of them before there shipped off, so the only way they dont work is being damaged through shipping. I heard these are better then the orange receivers

LOL there's another vendor here that claims that they check every battery before it leaves their factory...oddly enough one of the constant complaints they get is dead cells. And then they want a "picture" of it. ha!

The fact is it's impossible to have something made by man or machine that won't occasionally have a fault in it. Given that it's a 5.00 counterfeit of a 40-50 OEM part, ya gets watcha paid fer.

Let's see:
if you do 1000 units per month....
let's take a hypothetical 5 mins to test each...(plug in, hook up all channels, bind, test)

it'll take you 83 hours just to test...
According to Forbes the lowest minimum wage in china is $166/week or $4.15/hr

http://www.forbes.com/sites/kenrapoz...-par-with-u-s/

83 hrs*$4.15 = $344

cost of $344 to test 1000 units per months.

If you just sample test, and just take DOA rx back...and assuming a 2% failure rate, you're looking at 20 failures for every 1000

they sell to us at $5 each...so I'm assuming they buy it for say $2.50 (I'm sure it's less than that)....

2.50*20= $50

cost of $50 to take back a 2% failure rate

So...take your pick ($50 or $344)

heck you can even go 4% or 5% failure rate and still come out ahead. So yea....I highly doubt they test every single one.

haha! LOL!
was thinking aloud why companies would never ever test every single item when the item is mass produced.

Now if you're Neu motors and sell your product at a premium and customized build per customer...then sure, testing every single motor makes sense; heck the customer paid a premium to make sure it works 100%.

Left handed, I'd say: "for once...." Implies many prior errors and doesn't put you in a good light in spite of your protest.
