Except the biggest "terrorist" in the U.S. is currently living in the White House. At least as far as the Middle East is concerned.

Quite an appropriate comment considering that the escalation in school shootings is due to the Liberal policies in the last 60 years that have created the enviroment where people turn to violence as a solution for their complaints.
Maybe if so many kids didn't get trophies for being last place when they were young, putting high expectations on them for later on in life that they could never achieve.
So much more to say I could write a book on it.

Only if it's caused by a drone attack ordered by the leader of another country.

I have to admit I am a bit surprised by how strongly Obama has pursued the drone side of combat. It may be that it does not require boots on the ground or direct combat, or maybe that it gets less coverage. I am not surprised though at the silence from the anti-war crowd. They are only opposed to war if a Republican is in office. Go back to the coverage and such of the Viet Nam war. Johnson was the one who moved us from about 2000 troops to about half a million troops. There were protests, yes, but not like the ones when Nixon took office. Then it suddenly became "the President's War" (I remember hearing that expression many times on the news) and the protests ramped up enormously.

Drone war = cost effective, militarily effective

Iraq war = disaster

Military learned from the predecessor's mistakes.

Drone use in domestic law enforcement = illegal and immoral.

I'm wondering if/when the religious right will speak out against the war.

They've never spoken out against the war .... I wish they would. But they are consistent in their war mongering .... I'm just wondering what happened to the anti war protesters from the left.

Violation of the14th Amendment. Every collateral casualty violates it.

The religious right know that there are no pacifists in a fallen world and that war is a necessity until the Prince of Peace (Christ) returns. After His Kingdom is set up down here, then "men will know war no more"
