Accucel 6 - Balance problems

Hi everybody!
I've a new Accucel 6 and three brand new Turnigy 2.200 3S 25C Batteries.
When I charge the battery, one per time, at the end of the cycle the Battery charger gives me a measure of 4.18 - 4.18 - 4.18 Volts (should be perfect!).

But when I measure with a multimeter, I've 4,18 - 4,18 - 4,26 Volts, that is totally dangerous for the third cell (over 4,20 Volts).

This happens for all the batteries: I make the balance charge and at the end I've differente measures between Accucel 6 and my tester, and the last cell that has always 4,26 Volts on my multimeter.
Even if my multimeter is not professional, I'd have the same measure on all the cells, but it's not so and I'm sure that is something wrong in the Accucel.

Do someone else had the same problem?

Is it possible to solve it?

Thanks everybody!

Sounds like you better buy a new charger! over charging a lipo is bad news!

There's 2 flavors of the Accucell-6 floating around. HK sends it and you don't know which one you get until you get it.

The newer one does not have the calibration menu on it; it instead has IR reading.
The older one has calibration, but no IR.

so if you don't get into the calibration menu, you have the newer one.

I have 2 Accucell 6 chargers. One is about 4 years old and is the 5 amp version. I have calibrated that one.

The other is about a year old and is the 6 amp version. Just checked it and it does go into calibration mode.

I did read somewhere that they came out with one that can check internal risistence and that when they added that feature the calibration feature was dropped.

I'm no battery expert. So, is 0.08 of a volt an issue?

Yes. I have both; one with the calibration menu and one with the IR reading

The calibration one lacks IR, and the IR one lacks calibration

Turnigy Accucel-6 has IR readings (1 min 12 sec)

Thanks everybody.

I can go in the calibration menu, and I already did it, but for sure it's not this the problem: with calibration menu You can calibrate the total voltage, not the single cells voltage.
I bought two of them: one for me and one for my father: its one is perfect!
He measures 4.20 Volts on each cell and, when he measure them with a professional multimeter, they're exactly 4.20 Volts.
Just to make an experiment, I asked him to make a calibration of +5 on the calibration menu and at the end of the balanced charge he had again 4.20 Volts on the Accucel's display, but with the multimeter he measured 4.18 Volts, equals on each cell.
Mine is not so: I read 4.20 Volts on each cell on Accucel's menu, but when I measure it I've got 4.18 - 4.18 - 4.26 Volts and this is bed.
I discharge the single overcharged cell till 4.18 Volts with a bulb, but it's boring.
I've ordered an iCharger 106B Plus and in the meantime I'm charging each single cell alone, as 1S per time, connecting to the battery charger output two wires of the balance connector.
In this way I use three charging cycles for each lipo, but at the end I've exactly 4.20 Volts on each cell.
I think that my Accucell is fake or bugged...

my balance charge reads 4.12/ 1.83/ 4.09 ... on a perfectly balanced
12.3 battery brand new

has anyone hacked one of these yet ..or do I just send it back .......
....IF they believe me.......... bought from HK

thoughts and or suggestions please...
it will charge to 12.6 ish on a nonbalence charge ( do that with B Pro attached).
