Avian

From what I can gather, the Avian was indeed the first RC model in NZ. I had doubts because I remembered seeing a KG-1 which was flown in 1936 but have now established it is a free flight model. Has a span of 10 feet. I was told today by the owner it was covered in bamboo paper and consequently is hard to handle as the covering is now very brittle. A great item for a museum piece if we had one!

Avian plans?

Teals 1, if you are still following this forum I was wondering if you know of any Avian plans?

True, it would never had that name, "Bomber" if it had not been named AFTER WW1.
