Will you guys be selling all the parts (controllers, motors, and gimbals) individually or only motors, controllers, and complete kits?

Thanks,

-X

Hi,

for the E-copter gimbal, verything will be available as a spare, even motor parts, on Luxury, or DIY versions
But i won't sell CMS components for the boards, you will have to manage that with Viacopter / Flyduino
BEst regards,
Fabien

Yes I need to push that button because there is something wrong in that announcement on the Flyduino website:
This is a preorder! a little patience is still needed.
Preorder possible from Fr. 21.02 18 pm.

In central Europe, today is Thursday and the date in my calendar is 21.02, how often should I press the button??? until tomorrow at 6pm or today at 6pm?

Name: TM4008 stator.jpg

Description:

On this TM4008 I have 2x .15 wire wound to 50 turns which gives me 3.7 Ohms.
So that would be 7.4 Ohms. across two phases. Does that sound like a reasonable try.

100 turns of .15 wire was way out of the park.

please be clear on information

After searching on this tread and the e-copter website I finally found the content of the packages and what you need. I will share this below this message. I still not clear where to buy all this? I understand the guys are very busy, but because different websites (and information) go through each other, everything is just more unclear on each message. For a guy not busy all time on a gimbal I got lost in all the info…..

What exacly do you need for the DIY? And where to buy?

Price and content for DIY Alexmos gimbal

- 28 mm motor DLRK "Hobby" version: 19,90 Euro (inclusive silicone wires and JST connectors);
- Alexmos Controllercard, complete with connectors, wires, cable for programming, IMU 6050 (wires to solder), silicium cables: 149 Euro;
- Platform DIY gimbal, fiberglass and carbon, mechanics for gimbal just need to be asambled (without motors): less than 79 euro.
- unclear of a manual is delivered with this pack?

- Gimbal made of Aluminum 7075 CNC milled parts, natural or anthracite color anodized, aluminum and steel screws, with a dedicated IMU 6050 suport (pocket in the upper cage part);
- Alexmos/ SimpleBGC controller, manufactured and assembled in France, with JST plugs and connectors pre installed - "Alexmos / SimpleBGC 'controller, with JST connectors pre installed;

Yes motors need to be rewound until there are specific "production" of gimbal motors. If they didn't need rewinding then people wouldn't be doing it, not a task you do for fun :-)

The first production will be for gimbals to support the GoPro cameras, next will be larger cameras like the NEX, then on to DSLR and others.

At this point people just need to be patient and let the guys work out and finalize the design and get it right, which is better than rushing something to market that may have issues.

Not bad! I bet Viacopter will be in the same price range. Just get this PnP for the Phantom, with what is needed and I got money on the ready. I can't wait. I just don't want buy a gimbal, then find out I need longer legs that I can't get or another mount, or that the stock power leads won't work etc. PnP and I'll send over the money quicker than quick

Viacopter, can you do this ?

I think they mentioned here several times that the Viacom/Flyduino gimbal (for Gopro 1/2/3) will be 300...350 EUR (DE or DK VAT included). Let's see if they really can do it at that price.
