Guess what else, we're taking a 12-14 billion dollar loss on GM stock.

I thought I just heard this morning that the ceo of Chrysler (the italian guy who's name I can't remember) say that the Wrangler and the Grand Cherokee would never be produced anywhere but Ohio and Detroit. That anyone anywhere in the world that saw either of those two vehicles would know that they were made in the US.

Would appear that Obama is the summation of everything he said was wrong with Romney. Funny how lies come back on liars.

What's REALLY amusing about this thread is you thinking that a President would determine where a car company might choose to manufacture their products.

Who is this "Romney" fellow you speak of? Was he that guy that changed his speech depending on his audience? How'd that work out for him?

Some folks would rather hear a lie than eat a steak. Only trouble is they got instead of beef. And yet they still think Obama is wonderful.

I don't think he's "wonderful", nor did I even vote for him.

But claiming that the "other guy" was wonderful is just as delusional. He lied REPEATABLY, while people like you and others who voted for him just ignored it - claiming "the other guy does it more".

Yes, because we all know that Presidents can dictate where a company builds their products.

It's no wonder the GOP has problems getting people elected.

Nope
But they and law makers set the stage for what the operating environment
will be.
So far almost all in recent times have done their best to make doing business
in the U.S. nearly impossible.
Smart companies move to more business friendly locations.

Checker Cab Co. showed us one way out.

Well here are some thin Obama did more of:

Lie

Piss away tax money

Travel

Play golf

Got or credit rating lowered

Borrowed more

Paid off less

Campaigned more (hell he's never quit)

Lost more on more losing companies

hired more federal employees

just to name a few mores....
