Good point. You don't want to get any moisture on that little quad. I've flown mine outside and it's a blast. It'll even handle a slight breeze. In fact, I'm amazed how stable it is outdoors.

Get good with it indoors. Practice tail-in hovering, work up to 45-degree and 90-degree side-in hovering with returns to tail-in and then some SLOW forward flight. The manual has good pointers for those just learning.

There's a brand new review of the 1SQ up at Ezonemag.com. Have fun!

Cool.

Just remember you aren't on Twitter and it's OK to post more than 140 characters at a time.

Have a great weekend and remember that you can send me a private message if you ever have any questions.

PS: I think it's high time I sent you a friend request.

Just a figure of speech...and a bit of an old one, I'm afraid. It means that I'm overdue to send you the request.

I get it right every so often.

Logging off for now. Have a great weekend, practice all you can with the 1SQ and enjoy the Super Bowl!

You missed a heck of a game and the power outage at the stadium made things really interesting. I thought it was going to be a blowout, but San Francisco came roaring back. Just wasn't enough, though. I watched it with my wife, sister and brother-in-law in San Diego on a 60" HDTV. Fun day.

Anyway, I ran a couple of batteries through the 1SQ this morning and I now have a Skyartec Nano 100 CP helicopter as of this morning as well which I'll review for this site. Neat little chopper, but I don't have any transmitter batteries and no time get some until tonight. Even if I did have the transmitter batteries, I don't have time to charge the flight battery. Heading to work, but here's the link:

You have to check out the video of the thing being flown upside down and every which way inside of a warehouse. Just too cool.
