Bending 6mm Depron foam

Now this one is really easy..

1-Sand its skin on both sides to reduce skin tension and prevent snapping / cracks while bending.

2-Heat up and bend around shape of desired radius (to tape one edge to the bottle helps)

3-Trim and fit

Easy!

This technique has many uses with EDF's and fuselages etc etc..

Using extra strong glue sticks here with the glue gun.

Battery will insert and travel in this holder.

Another example of foam bending, rewarding stuff.

Hi Bobby,

I'm using Humbrol acrylic paint in rattle cans. A humble Sharpie black marker and Isopropanol alcohol to dissolve it as in the video.

I have an airbrush, but I find it a pain..having to set it up, clean it, change colors..blah blah....

Nah, reach for the can, spray..put away, easy.

For now I stick to the cans, way more easy and results are good enough for me

Jose I totally agree with you I have two IWATA Eclipse Airbrushes. I find myself using the Rattle Spray Can paints all the time because of the time involved in the preparation on the paint and the clean up of the Airbrushes And with a little patience you can get very good results, like your results
