Removing Krylon spray from prop ?


how do I remove Krylon clear Acrylic coat from a carbon fiber prop w|o damaging it ?

Krylon spray paint chemically penetrates plastic. I dunno if you can get it all off.

DOT 4 brake fluid works on Lexan car bodies... might work on this application. Acetone eats some plastics... what kind of prop are we talking about? Nylon, Wood, CF?

Acetone is probably fine for that, I also doubt the paint has penetrated the surface.

thanks for the tip. it seemed to work, as far as I can tell it did not damage the prop. thanks ~
