The best fix I have found- get the quick set instant gorilla glue- it is white when it cures. Lightly coat both pieces well to get 100% coverage. Then fit the wing back together. Cover the seam with clear packaging tape- then douse with water- enough will seep around the tape to kick off the gorilla glue. The tape will keep the glue from making nasty bubbles. After this has set up use some flat carbon fiber sticks- probably some 5-6in pieces of the 1/4" wide stuff, Cut some thin slices the bottom of the wing and span the break in 2-3 places with the carbon. Glue it in with gorilla glue with the same tape procedure. It will be stronger than new and with some practice you can hardly see the repair. I have glued numerous foam planes back together this way. It is much more durable than a CA repair.

Glue Do’s and Don’ts:

When you start to assemble your Foamy, the choice of glue is very important. Also, from time to time, you’re going to crash your Foamy or you might have a rough landing. It happens, but in an overly rough situation you could cause actual damage to the wing’s leading edges or other parts of the plane. In a pinch, you could glue it back together, but be careful. The chemical make-up of the material used to make foam does not react well to CA (cyanoacrylate) glues, and if you use the wrong kind of glue the results are not pretty. The glue you use must be foam-friendly or odorless, such as the 1-ounce bottle of Foam Compatible CA from E-flite, available in thick or medium viscosities (EFLA206 or EFLA209). Add a bottle of Foam Compatible Activator (EFLA207), or buy the combo pack (EFLA208), and you will have everything you need for assembly and repairs. However, planes made from Z-Foam, such as the ParkZone Typhoon 3D (PKZ4100) don’t require the use of Foam Compatible CA.
The last sentence is key- foam safe CA not required!
I've also had good luck with the 'white' 2x faster drying GG (Use it carefully however as it poly glues expand) Got to love foam, the balsa modelers go home with toothpicks

CA also known as cyanoacrylate will work fine on your Z-Foam! In my opinion, it's the best way to go.
