Two left thumbs

This curious name was affixed to a very neat looking little 1/2A control line racer from the 1950s-1960s. The designer was George Milliken. Does anyone have a plan?

I built one back in the day (early 1950s). White Aerogloss with maroon trim, Atwood .049. Beautiful!

Sure wish I still had the plane, or at least photos, but I do have the Atwood, maroon Froom spinner and Perfect wedge tank to remember it by.

Dil-Bod plan, ad, review, photos

Here's a better version of the plan. Back in 2003 Serge Krauss scanned his kit plan for me and I cleaned it up. Note that the 3-view on the plan is not full-scale - you'll have to blow it up to 14" span to cut parts and develop the formers.

Also, an ad and kit review from November 1953 Air Trails magazine, a photo of kit & box, and a photo of a more recently built one (I forget who built it).

I think I painted mine pretty much like the ad photo, in white & maroon.
