RC plane throttle not working

Ok, I am a newbie, so something I say might be dumb. I have scratchbuilt a plane, all the servos are working, but when I put the throttle up, nothing happens. Please Help!

You did plug the esc in channel three with the brown, black wire to
the out side of the rec?

Is your throttle the left or right stick?

Make sure its all the way down before powering up.

Your right stick looks broken then. It should be centered while resting.

your picture is a mirror image. the words are backwards.

maybe check the throttle trim settings. make sure to power up with the throttle alllllll the way down.

Take the prop off.
Turn on your radio and push the throttle all the way up.
Connect the battery to your plane.
As soon as you hear 2 beeps close the throttle all the way.

If that works you are in business, if not, reverse the throttle and do he above again.

Another thing you might try is, put the throttle trim all the way to the bottom.
