Found
Long range JR module & Rx or other items that increase range...
I'm setting up my plane for use with a 1.5W 1.2GHz FPV system and need better range on my 9X transmitter.
I would like a UHF/LRS system, but anything else that will get me around 10km or more I'll consider. |

FYI, RC Sport Flyer magazine just tested range on 2.4 systems. Hitec was way ahead (they ran out of test room at 6.3 miles, so they never lost signal), with jeti next at 4.7mi. Spektrum was 3.9mi. I think JR uses the same equipment as spektrum, so you can get at least 2+ miles more range by switching to hitec.
6.3mi just happens to be 10km. |
