You should be able to sell a whole bunch of those. Now you need to make the nose piece up as it is so different to the standard Jet Ranger unit. Good stuff.

Just doing the upper canopy is only part of it, but it still should look OK. I remember when the first test D models came on line. they were just modified basically to the existing OH-58A-C They were under a program called AHIP and that is what they were called (AHIPS) Now the OH-58Ds have more than just the upper canopy mod. I was a OH-58 crewchief during the time of the transformation in the mid-late 80s.

It is plug and it needs a lot of work to make it suitable to make final fiber glass part.

I had gathered that from the second picture showing the front and rear breaking point. I like the work you have done on various scale cockpits. I have a couple of those and am waiting for another one to arrive. Keep up the good work.

After a few days' work, it looks like OH-58 more or less.

Make the plug step by step. But it feel really bad to touch cold thing in cold day. No heater here, so the glue takes much longer time to dry.

Now the picture is getting much more clear. You are not just making the very large doghouse, but a new plug to make a new fuselage from. That's really cool (sorry about the word usage, lol, it's freezing here, too). Take care and keep warm.

The filler(I dont know the exact name) which I applied on the surface and the joints of the plug and fuse and the modified acrylate adhesive had chemical reaction, so it didnt dry. So I had to remove all of them and did it all over again today. This time I applied some CA on the surface of the resin adhesive before using fillers.

Remove the extra filler applied yesterday and put more filler on the Jet Ranger fuse surface. So today's work was finished. I can only continue my work tomorrow since the cold weather.
