Yup Umi, it's him---.

He doesn't post too often.

And I think it was me that gave him that nickname---.

The nickname, "TheBlackhole" seems almost entertainingly appropriate.
Things go in, and you never know when or where they will reappear.
lol...

Yep, the Hercules will be available through Loyalhanna along with a whole series of other tugs (and minesweepers, USCG hulls, subs and sailboats to mention others). There are many plugs stacked up waiting for molding, just have to get my job to let me stay home for a while rather than travelling the country. Working through them as quickly as I can.

Forgot to mention, just released a 1/48 scale Carol Moran semi kit as well. Hull, deck, main cabin, main cabin roof, pilot house and roof and stack all in glass plus a nice set of plans. This is from the Dynamic line. They had released it just shortly before they went out of business. Molds have been cleaned up and are ready to go.

A shame they molded in the rub strakes. This hull looks like the Erie tug Paterson would fit on it and LHD has the plans for it. I have a set. The Paterson has the big rub strake like the Akron so there would be too much grinding on the hull getting rid of the molded strakes to adapt it.

If there was enough interest in a plain hull without rubrails that could be considered as a new hull to produce but it would be a while as we have to get through these other projects first. We are always open to requests
