I was wondering that as well.... Might have to find that one out, wonder if I can get a Devo unit to hook up to the BB on my 8FGS?? Or I could do some horse trading for either some RX's, plane, parts whatever.

Being pro-active I PM'ed the OP myself, I will let all know what they say within reasonable limits.

OOP just hit me up, gave me a rather good selection to choose from, since I still have an old Spektrum module kicking around chose the dsm2 ladybird also been wanting to try out a quad, and something small enough for the house will be fun.

They do not. The prize heli's were BNF, and as I don't own anything Walkera, that put me in a tight spot.

However, after some emails back and forth, they were very helpful and upgraded me to the RTF model for a little extra cost, plus a little extra shipping.

So if you're a winner and don't own a DEVO TX (to my knowledge, there is no module for the devo series), just shoot them an email and I bet they can help you. You'll still have to throw out some money, but there's no need to pay for a $75 Devo 7 as a stand alone unit.

I REALLY wish that somebody would make cheap Walkera receivers. I really like the idea of their small form factor transmitters. They're so much easier to tote around in a flight box, or put into a case with a 250 heli or something. I'd have no problem using a smaller Devo 7E for all my planes, but when receivers are $30 each, and knockoff DSM2 compatible receivers are around $5 each...well, that's why all my stuff is DSM2. I just can't justify $30 each RX when I have a dozen or so planes and heli's at home.

Just so you guys know, you can now use the dsm2/x protocol along with many others with the Devo tx. Look up Deviation firmware if you want to learn more.

Compaign Continues: The next winner will be #999, rules the same, but the prize will be a Walkera super cp with devo 7E ready to fly(http://www.oomodel.com/super-cp-devo...a-p-64621.html). To provide a fair opportunity for everyone, the guys who has won a helicopter can't be the winner again in this compaign(the first 3 winners are: Chubbs ,skydvejam , desertdweller) . Messages with knowledge will be welcomed.

Yes thats it! But it must be a new poster, if same person is 998, then will be next user....

Simple enough!
