Heng Long Walker Bulldog RC Tank
Ive just signed up for this forum tonight. Ive used it previously and found some of the advice very useful.
Ive always been into my RC gear since I was a lad, and now im married with a daughter the addiction seems worse than ever! I was drawn into the Tamiya scene years ago. And have owned many models from grasshoppers to clodbusters. Recently I've got into the Nitro Scene and currently own a HPI Firestorm a HSP Backwash, and a Schumacher Menace GTR. These are all Sat on my shelf in our bedroom waiting to be used once the weather clears up here in Dorset!
The lovely wife purchased me a Heng Long Walker Bulldog S&S tank for Christmas and I must say im pretty impressed. Ive always wanted to own a Tamiya 1\16 RC Tank, but have never been able to justify spending the money on them. After a good session weathering the tank with various pastels and paints im really pleased with the way it looks and drives.
Ive already got the bug and have been researching various mods to the do to the tank. Can anyone tell me if the speaker upgrade is worth doing? And if its a fairly straight forward job. I was also wondering if a 3000mah 7.2v battery pack would be ok to use in it? Bought it for my Electric Cars months ago, and haven't even used it yet.
Any help would be really appreciated answering these questions folks.
